Alpha Omega Foundation has continuously made empowering efforts and progress by uplifting individuals into a more powerful and proactive transition towards a stable independent living environment. While providing intensive comprehensive support, safe housing, tailored resources, fostering spiritual personal growth and resilience for a brighter future within our community today. Our mission in its entirety is to continue promoting the lives of our community members and their loved ones. But we need your help to achieve and continue these marvelous opportunities and goals.
In House Support
Our program includes case management, job placement assistance, life skills training, and access to community resources, all aimed at helping our residents transition successfully to permanent housing.
